• thewall.PokerXL.com ("The Wall") is a free information service, provided by ZCT Internet ("Us" "Our(s)" "We").
• Use of this service is entirely at the risk of the individual, company, corporation or other entity using this service. 
• "The Wall is an advertising division of PokerXL.com offering long term advertising for sale. Nothing on this site should be construed as a promise of acceptance to our site; all advertising is offered at Our sole discretion.
• These terms and conditions refer only to The Wall; they are supplemental to the main site terms and conditions.
• All ads are subject to approval, certain sites may not be eligible to advertise at Our sole discretion.
• In the event that your ad is not approved for publication a refund will be issued minus a handling fee of $25 (per brick) to cover our costs and Pay Pal processing fees. If you are unsure if your site is acceptable please contact us first before paying for an ad.  Our rejection of your ad and refusal to publish it is the only reason a refund will be offered, in any other event all sales are final.
• Ads will remain in place on The Wall until January 1st, 2010. Buyer acknowledges that with any computer based system or services involving the Internet there may be some site downtime. There will be no full or pro rata refunds issued under such circumstances or indeed under any other circumstances.
• If you wish to remove your ad from our service there is a handling fee of $25, partly to cover costs and party to provide verification as to the identity of the individual or entity wishing to remove the ad.  This security feature ensures that only the original customer has the ability to remove an existing ad.
• We accept no liability for erroneous, inaccurate, or outdated information which may appear on this site.
• We are not responsible for the content of any site we feature on PokerXL.com.
• We make no guarantees or representations, of any kind, as the to suitability, reliability, integrity, durability or quality of the companies, products or services featured on this site.
• The listing of a company on this web site does not necessarily constitute any form of guarantee or recommendation.
• Periodically We may check ads are navigating to appropriate sites, ads may be removed if the site linked to contains inappropriate material such as child pornography, hate materials, hard core pornography, illegal or immoral acts.
